New York City 17 Day 16 Night

All Royal students receive one half day and two full day excursions during every week of their stay.

New York is the most populous city in the US and the center of the New York metropolitan area, which is one of the most populous metropolitan areas in the world. New York City has a significant impact on global commerce, finance, media, culture, art, fashion, research, education, and entertainment. As host of the United Nations Headquarters, it is also an important center for international affairs. The city is often referred to as New York City or the City of New York to distinguish it from the State of New York, of which it is a part.

TOURS & EXCURSIONS
All Royal students receive one half day and two full day excursions during every week of their stay. During our excursions to museums and highlights of the areas, our guides give our students historical and cultural informa- tion. The cost of activities, excursions and local visits are met by Royal Language Training. Our trips include New York City tour. Optional two nights Philadelphia Washington tour can be added to the end of the program. <

MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY
Montclair State University is a public research university located in the Upper Montclair section of Montclair and Clifton, New Jersey. As of October 2011, there were 18,498 total enrolled students: 14,590 undergraduate students and 3,908 graduate students. Montclair State Univer- sity is New Jersey's second largest school. It is also the state's fastest growing school and currently sizes at 500 acres (2.0 km2), inclusive of the New Jersey School of Conservation, which attracts students statewide. More than 250 majors, minors and concentrations are offered. In 2004, New Jersey Transit (Metro) opened the Montclair State University, which links the univer- sity to New York City.

Residence Halls
Living on campus doesn't mean being confined to a cold impersonal "dorm." You'll be living in a place filled with plenty of interesting people, events and activities where life-long relationships are made.

Machuga Heights
Machuga Heights, Montclair State University's newest residence halls complex, opened in 2011. They are in suit style double rooms with private bathrooms. Rooms are furnished, air-con- ditioned and wired for computer network connections. There are laundry facilities in the building and also conference rooms and leisure rooms. Rooms are double occupancy. Each room has two beds, sink, mirror, 2 Desks and two chairs, two closets. All common areas are cleaned daily. Students are responsible cleaning the rooms.

Dining hall, Sam’s Place
Six all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurants with state-of-the-art food preparation and display await you at Sam's Place. Menu choices include exotic international-spir- ited dishes from World's Fare, comfort foods from the Flying Hawk Grill, healthy choices from Garden State Fresh, Italian cuisine from Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta, salads, sandwiches. Continental breakfast (not hot) on the weekends are delivered to our dorm. Sam’s Place will be closed from Friday evening until Monday morning. Royal will provide catered food.
